Final Report Pursuant to the July 8, 1975 Reference on the State of Air Quality in the Detroit-Windsor and Port Huron-Sarnia Areas

Report notes that standards of the 1975 Michigan-Ontario Air Pollution reference were met regarding reducing quantities of specific kinds of pollutants and particulates, but notes that achieving these benchmarks does not mean that Air Pollution problem not covered by the reference have been elimintated in this area
