Mayor Hudnut and Indiana Lieutenant Governor Frank O'Bannon attend a ceremony at Henry P. Coburn Public School 66 to mark the beginning of its transformation in into Coburn Place apartments. Built in 1915, the school was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
