Mayor Hudnut holds a t-shirt for Super Bowl XXVI. Hudnut and the city of Indianapolis lobbied the NFL to hold Super Bowl XXVI in Indianapolis, but the game was played in Minneapolis. Twenty years later, in 2012, Super Bowl XLVI was held at Lucal Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
