Bulen with Elephant Figurine from 1968 Republican National Convention, Circa 1990

An older Keith Bulen in the early 1990s appears with an elephant figurine presented during the 1968 Republican National Convention. A note on the sleeve says that this photograph was used for Bulen's newsletter in the 1990s.
