Horse Figurine from International Joint Commission

This bronze horse from the U.S.-Canada International Joint Commission thanks Keith Bulen for his service on its behalf as commissioner. During the Reagan administration, Bulen worked to resolve a boundary water dispute between Washington State and British Columbia and to promote environmental quality in the Great Lakes region.
