Mounted Ceremonial Key Presented to Keith Bulen by Richard Lugar

This mounted ceremonial key was presented to Keith Bulen in recognition of his service as chairman of the Marion County Republican Central Committee and National Committeeman of Indiana, and for his work managing Mayor Lugar's campaigns in 1967 and 1971.
