Plaque from the Middlebury Summer Festival Committee, 1976

This plaque was presented to Mayor Lugar from the Middlebury Summer Festival Committee in gratitude for his "sincere and dedicated efforts in behalf of the citizens of Indiana, past, present, & future." Mayor Lugar served as the Festival's Parade Marshal.
