Plaque from the Mayor of Limerick, 1969

Wood plaque bears the coat of arms of the city of Limerick in Ireland. According to the inscription, the plaque was presented to Mayor Lugar and the citizens of Indianapolis by Stephen Coughlan, who held several political offices during his career, including Mayor of Limerick, 1969-1970.
