Mayor Lugar Makes Presentation to Don Buse at Pacers Game, October 1975

The Pacers had won the Western Division title and played in the ABA Finals during the previous season, losing in five games to the Kentucky Colonels. Buse was an Indiana native who played guard for the Pacers from 1972 to 1977, and 1980 to 1982.
