Mayor Lugar, wearing a shirt from Arsenal Technical High School, runs with a group of youngsters, including one wearing a shirt from the Scarborough Peace Games and another wearing a "Lugar Jock" tshirt. Lugar participated in the annual one-mile run that marked the opening of Tech's physical education program.
