Denison praises Mayor Lugar's accomplishments in Indianapolis and encourages Lugar to run for Senate on the grounds that he is one of the only individuals capable of beating incumbent Senator Bayh. Denison also forwards a newspaper clipping, "Lugar May Oppose Sen. Bayh," from the South Bend Tribune.
