Gariano expresses her disatisfaction with Senator Bayh and the Democratic party and encourages Lugar to run for Senate. Gariano is particularly crtical of the fact that senior citizens must continue to pay taxes to support schools and welfare programs when they are attempting to live on meager Social Security income.
