Lt. Sheldon Lasky to Winston L. Churchill, et al., July 3, 1969

Lt. Lasky reports on alleged plans by the Black Panther Party to incite racial rioting at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on July 4, 1969, after an anti-Vietnam War protest downtown at the World War Memorial. Lasky also forwards literature that he claims is from the Black Panther Party of Illinois, detailing plans to incite revolution.
