Minutes of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee Board of Directors, April 10, 1968

These minutes from a meeting of the GIPC Board of Directors indicates the close working relationship between GIPC and the Mayor's office, and the Mayor's use of the Committee and its various Task Forces to implement and fund social and civic programs in Indianapolis.
