Henry J. Richardson, Jr., to Harry F. Zaklan, October 15, 1968

Henry Richardson, who represented the Indiana Civil Liberties Union, writes to commend a position taken by Judge Zaklan with regard to arrests at Park Normandie Apartments, where some individuals were apparently held because of their race. Richardson then discusses at length his opinion about law enforcement, civil liberties, and race relations.
