Indianapolis Proclamation of Thanksgiving in Honor of Iran Hostages, January 28, 1981

Proclamation to honor Frederick Lee Kupke, 34, of Francesville, Indiana, who was one of 52 American citizens held hostage at the U.S. Embassy in Teheran, Iran, during the Iranian Revolution. Kupke returned to Indianapolis in January 1981.
