A marching band in Addis Ababa performs on a street. In 1972, Keith and Carole Bulen visited former Indiana Congressman E. Ross Adair, U.S. Ambassador to Ethiopia from 1971 to 1974. Adair and the Bulens might have traveled in a motorcade with Emperor Haile Selassie through the streets of the capitol.
